TE 250 light weight dual sport |
2007 HUSQVARNA TE 250 LIGHT WEIGHT DUAL SPORTWe started off by lowering a TE 250 because a lot of older riders and women wanted a light weight dual sport but are unimpressed by bikes like the TTR225 or the CRF230. By increasing the displacment and adding weight to the flywheel we were able to bring the RPM down to a managable level on the street and on dirt roads. This is now an ideal bike for dual sport adventures with short riders under 120 pounds. |

2009 four-stroke TE 250 / TE 310 / TE 450 / TE 510 Enduro models.
The new four-stroke 250, 310, 450 and 510 Enduro models have seen significant modifications. Husqvarna engineers concentrated on the frame to make the twin cam four-stroke even lighter and easier to handle.To achieve this, the frame is of a completely new design with new levels of rigidity and settings for dealing with power that optimise handling and give the rider a much better feel for the bike. The frames on all the 2009 four-stroke Enduro models have been lightened by 1 kilo compared to 2008. |
